The California Department of Health Care Services wants to help you in your Public Records Act (PRA) request. You are not required to provide information about the reason you are making a PRA request, and most of the questions we ask about you are optional. However, to better serve you and respond to your request as quickly and accurately as possible, we ask that you create a user account and provide as much information as you are comfortable so that we can respond to your requests better. You will be able to track your requests and communicate with DHCS better.
